I'm a fully qualified accountant and hold a NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants practising certificate. I bring a broad range of experience and skills, gained both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. I've worked as a company accountant for a small manufacturer, as finance manager for one of the world's largest business services companies and as a fund accountant at New Zealand Guardian Trust. I returned to chartered accountancy to get more work/life balance while my children were young. Accountancy has a reputation for being boring. However, for me, the number crunching is only part of the story. I love my job because I get to meet so many people from different walks of life and in working with them; my whole world opens up a vast range of experiences.

With 2 kids, 2 cats and a dog, I don't get a lot of spare time. However when I do, I love to travel - particularly to tropical beaches and places where I can enjoy the great outdoors.

Karen

With eight years of chartered accountancy experience, I became a fully qualified accountant in April 2013. I've been with Tyler Price since 2011 and have an excellent working knowledge of small to medium businesses and their general taxation issues. I really enjoy assisting clients in negotiations with the IRD and ACC. I'm also an expert on BankLink, MYOB and Xero accounting systems and can assist and facilitate with the installation of a variety of accounting software.

I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin and am approachable, courteous and trustworthy. I believe the more I understand your business, the better advice I can give you.



In my spare time, I enjoy all sports - especially basketball. I love to travel and am dreaming of a tropical island next!

Bryony

After graduating in 2006, I began my career with Deloitte, where I became a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. Following my passion of working with small and medium sized businesses I moved to a smaller firm, where I worked with a wide range of businesses, trusts and sole traders. I have a number of years' experience working with trusts and the taxation of investments and have good knowledge working with Xero, where I have assisted many clients in the set up and day to day operation of the software.



With three young children keeping me busy I am currently working Tuesday - Friday.

Lichelle

After graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University, I moved to Auckland to follow my passion for fashion. Most recently I have been working as the group financial controller for a New Zealand designer.

I love travelling and the outdoors, and in particular spending time on the ocean, fishing with my husband and kids.



With two young children I am currently working part time hours 8-2.30 Tuesday - Thursday.

Virginia

I am a university student enrolled in my forth year at The University of Auckland studying a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws.



In my spare time, I enjoy playing sport, the outdoors – especially tramping, travel and most importantly spending time with friends and family.

Abbey

After graduating The University of Auckland with a Bachelors of Commerce, I then went on to study Hotel and Hospitality at the New Zealand School of Tourism in the hope of getting into the event management sector. Covid has put those plans on hold for a little while so I have taken over, the full time role as Tyler Price's Office Administrator.

In my spare time I love taking Tilly on adventures, traveling,  and spending time with friends and family. 

Tilly Tyler

I joined Tyler Price in February 2017 in the newly formed roles of: 
Head of Security
Head of Document Destruction
Director of Entertainment 
These roles are pretty tiring, so I spend a lot of my days sleeping, but can usually wake up to greet clients upon arrival and sniff out the staffs lunches. 

In my spare time I love to go for walkies, play with my toys and terrorize my cat sisters.
